The EE X BAFTA partnership is one of the longest and most successful in the biz. We brought it to life with next-gen showmanship.

During my time at EE working on social and partnerships, we had the privilege to work yearly with BAFTA (of which I’m now a member!)

We worked directly with talent on a yearly basis to conduct interviews and create content around the EE sponsored “BAFTA Rising Star Award”. To drive home the connectivity message, we even created red-carpet robots for fans to dial in to using 5G, and talk directly to the stars as they entered the event - a global first.

Additionally, myself and the social crew were the on-the-ground reactive live team covering the BAFTA red carpet for our brand channels - similar to our Glastonbury partnership that lasted almost a decade too.
